In 1990, Mr. Daniel J. Puente, having risen through the ranks from Apprentice to General Foreman Electrician, struck out on his own and founded DP Electric with the goal of providing skilled, quality electrical services.  Since then, the company has undergone changes, such as moving from a sole proprietorship to a corporation  in 1993 under the General Corporation laws of the state of Arizona.  However, one this has remained constant: DP Electric's dedication to providing skilled workmanship in the commercial electrical field for many reputable General Contractors.

Over eighteen years later, our philosophy of Dependable People, Dependable Performance has created a loyal following: over 80% of our work is repeat business.  DP Electric now employs a base staff of over 150 employees, which allows us to provide outstanding service on even the most demanding jobs.

Our service area covers the entire state of Arizona, with the majority of our projects located in Maricopa County.
