DP Electric has successfully completed numerous ground-up projects for many of the Valley's leading general contractors. Some of these projects have included Design Build and Design Assist on medium/high rise buildings, municipal/government buildings, retail centers, banks, restaurants, medical plazas and office buildings. They have ranged from 5,000 to over 1 million square feet, and have featured a variety of construction methods, including block, tilt slab, pre-cast, steel and lumber.
Our Estimating and Project Management teams bring decades of expertise to the design of your electrical systems. We have partnered with local engineers, architects and contractors to design solutions and cost-saving ideas. From initial concept to refined drawings, our goal is to produce a complete and accurate set of blueprints. Our thorough planning throughout the process ensures a successful project and a satisfied client.
Our staff is extensively trained in proper protocol, procedures and safety regulations for each facility, in addition to standard OSHA regulations. DP Electric has been involved with some of Arizona’s largest Facilities/Industrial construction projects. These projects have included extensive work throughout Sky Harbor International Airport, with additional work being performed at many of the State’s military bases, hospitals and major telecommunications centers, such as Qwest, AT&T and Verizon.
State of the art facilities demand clean power installations, emergency power systems, extensive grounding systems, lighting protection systems and energy management systems. DP Electric has provided these services for local telecommunication companies, microchip corporations, hospitals and utilities. These clients cannot afford mistakes or power outages. DP Electric has personnel who are telcordia-certified in grounding installations. Most projects require tele/data installations and we can offer these services at competitive rates as part of the electrical contract. We also install fire alarm systems, nurse call systems, duress systems, public address systems, energy management systems, security systems, audio visual systems and lightning protection systems.
