Is responsible for all day-to-day management and supervision of the Estimating Department. Is responsible for implementing standardized estimating procedures, providing CM@R, Design-Build and Conceptual Budget pricing to our clients. Is also responsible for soliciting new projects that fit the Company, complete review and approval of all project estimating, marketing and establishing new client relationships. |

Responsible for ordering and coordination of timely delivery of quality electrical materials to each jobsite. Research and obtain all new vendors, maintain all pricing in Estimating and Purchasing software at current and fair market value. Research and approve all equipment purchases such as trucks and large equipment. |

Liaison between general contractors and DP Electric on project concerns, change orders, warranty letters, etc… Responsible for budgets for each project and for preparing percentage of completion reports for billing purposes. Provide direction to Foremen and other field personnel to ensure successful project. In addition to regular project management responsibilities, he assigns new projects to Project Managers, while maintaining a fair and balanced work-load for the entire Project Management staff. |

Oversees the accounting department and day-to-day office operations. Is directly responsible for the completion of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Other responsibilities include budgets, ledger maintenance, cash management, fiscal accountability, maintaining credit and banking licensing requirements and maintaining Company insurance policies. |
