Tempe, AZ, August 23, 2022 — DP Electric is proud to be awarded “Top Companies to Work for in Arizona 2022”! Award winners are selected by their employees as the best organizations in the state of Arizona and is open to companies with 25 or more employees. 

This is DP Electric’s 5th time winning Top Companies to Work For and is excited to be the only electrical contractor on the list. This award is judged on criteria provided by anonymous surveys that our employees are sent. The results from the surveys are then used to implement changes to better serve our team. Some past changes that have resulted from the survey results of this award include health benefits, changes to PTO, team appreciation, and much more. At DPE, we empower our people to grow personally and professionally to create an exceptional experience for our team, our partners, and our community. With being a company that values the growth of young professionals, we launched our in house apprenticeship program in 2019, being the only electrical contractor to offer this in Arizona. Since its founding, DP University has grown to over 100 students and is continually expanding. 

In 2021 our company became an employee-owned company, meaning each employee has part ownership of the company. This was the ultimate way of showing our appreciation to our employees.
