DP Electric Response to COVID-19
TEMPE, AZ, May 15, 2020 — Like many others around the globe, DP Electric continues to update policies and procedures as we all work together to slow the spread of COVID-19. We are actively taking measures to keep ourselves, our families, and employees safe. As always at DP Electric, the safety of our team members, clients, partners, and communities are our top priority.
As an essential service, DP Electric is still operating while taking every necessary precaution to keep our clients and employees safe. Our employees are following the CDC’s recommendations by practicing social distancing, wearing face masks, and following best hygiene practices on our job sites. We are regularly monitoring the CDC and other government agency guidelines for updates and will adjust our procedures accordingly.
Our heart goes out to all of these directly or indirectly effected by COVID-19. One of our core values at DP Electric is to give back to our community. With this core value in mind, DP Electric has organized efforts to provide support and relief to our employees and our community. In addition to the measures taken to keep our employees safe, we have focused on weekly communication and established additional employee relief programs such as a PTO donation policy.
Additionally, our employees have come together to generously raise funds for St. Mary’s food bank during these challenging times for many Arizonans. DP Electric committed to match the full amount of employee donations, and together the team raised over $5,000 to support St. Mary’s relief efforts. Our company continues to look for new ways to live our core values and provide support for our communities in these unprecedented times.
