Dan founded DP Electric in 1990 with the vision of creating a company that values employees, is service-oriented and delivers quality work. He started DP Electric in his garage, utilizing 10 years of experience in the electrical industry.

His vision for DP Electric was on quality, service, integrity, excellence and opportunity for all employees. To this day these remain company principles. Through Dan’s management, DP Electric’s growth has been steady with a straightforward approach. He oversees all aspects of DP Electric including profitability, staffing, marketing and customer and vendor relations. He is responsible for the leadership, development and growth of the company.

Dan is on the Board of Directors for ACE Mentoring and the Arizona Builder’s Alliance. He is also a member of the Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona. Dan is active in workforce development and changing the perception of today’s youth to understand the need for trained construction workers in the electrical industry.

Dan and his wife Maggie have two daughters, Danielle and Delaney – Danielle is the CFO at DP Electric. They enjoy traveling together to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Pinetop, Arizona every chance they get.
