DP Electric is part of the Phase One construction team of this data center in Mesa, AZ. Phase one consists of site infrastructure and Building One which is a 180,000 SF building space. When the campus is completed there will be 1.25m SF of building space. This campus will also include an on-site substation to deliver the utility power needed to support the 225 megawatts of critical load needed.
