Mike has more than 24 years’ experience in the construction industry having worked his way up in the electrical contracting business. Mike started as an AP and advanced to JW, Sub-Foreman, Foreman and Superintendent over the course of 10+ years. He has also completed both the Arizona Builders Alliance LDF and SEP courses.

Mike is responsible for holding the field management team accountable through communication and education. He is also responsible for the completion of projects on time and within budget and works with DP Electric Superintendents to accomplish this. Mike oversees all field operations including hiring all field staff, the coordination of manpower and the management of manpower and the management of all field employees’ performance. As well as, employee training, education, and DP Electric’s safety program.

Mike is the proud father of two daughters and on his days off likes to take care of home improvement jobs, camp and ride his dirt bike.
