DP Electric’s internal employee development program, DP University is designed to address actual development opportunities across Safety, Quality, Production and Leadership Development. All DPU courses are developed by using data generated from performance reviews. This data is then aggregated and analyzed by Education, Safety and Talent Development Leadership to develop courses that overcome these employee developmental needs.
