DP Electric recently completed the 14th-floor Quicken Loans renovation with Wespac Construction. Quicken loans occupies much of the building on Central & Washington in downtown Phoenix and DPE has had the privilege to renovate most of it. The 14th floor is equipped with a large kitchen, conference rooms, cube space, and an impressive lighting package.
DP Electric just finished up the Farmers Insurance tenant improvement project with Ryan Companies in North Phoenix. This 150,000 SF building is fitted with a Starbucks café, multiple kitchens, conference rooms, training rooms, call centers and offices.
