DP Electric started out 2021 with a bang! Effective February 2021, DP Electric will become a partial 30% employee-owned company. By implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), DP Electric will establish a multigenerational succession plan for the business and create a platform to recognize and reward its current and future employees.
